Walker HVAC LLC provides air conditioning and heating services for residential and commercial customers in Fort Worth, TX.
We also offer seasonal maintenance and service plans for our clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dispatcher located in Fort Worth, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching technicians, coordinating service requests, inputting data and dispatching information into a computer system, and communicating with customers and technicians to ensure timely response and completion of service calls.
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Experience in dispatching or scheduling
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry terminology is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer skills and data entry
- Organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework in business or related field preferred
